I’ve been to two Van Gogh-inspired exhibits, one at Wndr Museum and the other at Lighthouse most recently. They both were interesting 🧐 but my favorite was the latter. Which one was truly immersive? Well:
WNDR Musem

WNDR Cap
Van Gogh’s intersectional pieces of art and technology merged with others were interesting and Instagram-worthy but weren’t really too memorable for me. It was a very quick exhibit tour where each siting was less than a few minutes. I found myself really liking the tech that created an image of you after sensing your body temperature. I did like the room with the multiple balls in it but I couldn’t touch anything so I got bored and had to hurry to get out before I did what was the opposite of the rules.
I like the wall they had where you could leave a quote for inspiration for someone and you were allowed to take one. I thought that was very heartwarming, inspiring, and engaging. I enjoyed my gifts from the gift shop more than anything even though the items were overpriced but that’s the point of gift shops, right?

Lighthouse Immersive Experience
This exhibit is one of my favorites thus far (even though the year is just warming up) because of the insertion of me in the art, saving me time in traveling from room to room to see a different piece instead no matter where I travel to I can never miss a showing of the art. It was like being inside a movie or live painting. This experience has inspired me to redecorate and make my home 🏡 space immersive art 🖼️.
The Secret 🤫 Garden 🪴 is on the way & The Unbothered Scholar Series.

I’d like to thank Boogie for the art dates, nothing is cooler than having a partner to do artsy shit with. Until the next weekend’s exhibit….
Peace and Love ❤️
