February 22, 2016, 2:38 pm is when I first published this post. Today (October 16, 2023) I am updating it, and seemingly refreshing my memory on what I have learned about the current people occupying Palestine and claiming to be the descendants of Israel when in fact they aren’t at all. This I know and will speak. I do feel bad that there are innocent people dying on both sides who may not be aware of what is happening and why, they could have been born into something and not taught the proper context of history like I was.
This beat being picked back up is something special to me and also part of me learning the truth of who I am, what truly happened to my ancestors, our true state, identity, and land. All of this trouble and defacing of human value is over wild.
“African Americans” are suffering, but we also have advantages. Our culture is spread everywhere globally. Just think if we connected to ourselves ? It would not only be in our hearts ❤️ there would be no need for it to be validated. We would then be validating ourselves. It would also be in the best interest of humanity, we can save the world.
