Just left the show from seeing the triumphant sequel to Rocky Balboa, “Creed”, I definitely recommend it to anyone that hasn’t seen it.
Just like books movies have morals too. I mean of course they do because stories are the way that they start. You catch my drift tho right❓ I learned that no matter what your background is or what legacy your family holds you should make your own. I know we all know this but sometimes it’s easier said than done. I know because I come from a family with a legacy. Not only does my family have a legacy but it’s individuals in my family that have their own legacy and I’ve been caught in their shadows a lot especially my father’s.
We share the same name, initials, blood, and etc. Everyone where I’m from knows me as little BK (from my fathers legacy). I ❤️ my father and I’m proud of where I come from but my dream has been to carry the family name just with my legacy though. It’s a lot of pressure to live in someone else’s shadow especially when you are already trying to figure out your path.
Moral of my post is to build your own legacy and be proud +confident in your journey, good +bad because that’s the only way you will know who you truly are. Remember my post about the fight never being over? Motivate yourself like a champ, weather the storm, and continue on. God will never put too much on you 💪🏽
