My Understanding
Loyalty means different things to different people. Therefore, everyone has their definition. Think about it? A person can make a mistake with you, but if their loyalty is in the right place, it’s all about the make up of the situation. You can’t expect 90% of someone if your not giving them a equal share. It’s like a partnership. Risks have to be taken together. Don’t just disown someone because your first mind of the act committed was negative. It takes a process, but ultimately you’ll understand where their loyalty simply lies.
Loyalty is a character trait, energy, process, and something great to be born with. Not everybody has it, some have to build it. Crazy thing is many believe they know what loyalty is or what it looks like. Sad thing is, sometimes when you have it, it can go unnoticed. It’s something that can’t be identified with your eyes or common sense, it has to be felt and revealed in a thought process and action. I know you may be thinking ( for those quick-witted ones) that makes no sense because if it’s action, then that means its something that you can see happen with your eyes, or if you can identify with it, it’s common sense. Stop being a smart ass and critically think about it. Words are powerful and words make sense in the term and the way you use them. On that note I’m done explaining.
Loyalty means nothing unless it has at its heart the absolute principle of self-sacrifice
-Woodrow T. Wilson
You Don’t earn loyalty in a day. You earn it day-by-day.
-Jeffrey Gitomer
